What I Do:

Serve as primary contact for student services offices and Bon Appetit
Provide Banner support and program modification support in the Unix/C/SQL environment
Design and implement major system components, such as Brio and Oracle reports and forms, and FileMaker solutions including those components involving the web
Provide primary Macintosh, Wintel PC, and related desktop software support to the administration staff
Administer FileMaker Servers
