What I Do:

Provide technical and user support for the delivery of One-Card services at the College
Serve as the primary contact for One-Card related requests
Serve as principal liaison between Reed and One-Card software and hardware vendors
Provide software support and problem-solving for administrative users of college computing resources
Maintain user accounts, perform system backups, monitor central printing of reports, etc
Administer Active Directory Domains, various network services, including file, database, Citrix, payroll, calendar, and web servers
