What I Do:
- Repair and maintenance of computers, external drives, printers, keyboards, mice and other peripherals
- Configure, set up and deliver new computer equipment
- Provide end-user hardware and software information to faculty, staff, and students
- Train and supervise student technicians
- Coordinate and document standard operating procedures for computer repair and maintenance
- Look after all shop operations
