What I Do:

  • Repair and maintenance of computers, external drives, printers, keyboards, mice and other peripherals
  • Configure, set up and deliver new computer equipment
  • Provide end-user hardware and software information to faculty, staff, and students
  • Train and supervise student technicians
  • Coordinate and document standard operating procedures for computer repair and maintenance
  • Look after all shop operations
